The meeting on the Thursday 25th May will be a Bring and Buy sale and your opportunity to express an interest in being on the committee of HMC. There will be papers available during the Bring and Buy Sale for nominations for the committee positions.

Any member of HMC, whether or not they are present at the AGM, can be proposed and seconded for -

• President
• Vice-President
• Honorary Secretary
• Honorary Membership Secretary
• Honorary Treasurer
• Honorary Minutes Secretary
• Honorary Librarian
• Honorary Editor
• Honorary Website Manager
• Two Committee Members

If more than one person is proposed for a position there will be a vote at the AGM by those present. The final date for nominations is Thursday 8th June 2017, and further details of the role of each position, and the election process are contained in the Constitution in the Clubroom area of the HMC Website.

The Bring and Buy Sale will be a great opportunity to bring along your no longer needed quality magic items which are in need of a new home. Full payments for the items you bring along will go entirely to the original owner.
